I use the Serendipity blogging tool (because it's BETTER). One of it's built-in functions is to automatically ping various blog services whenever a post is made - much like Autopinger. It has fewer services, but it does have a place where you can add in other services. I'm wondering if it's possible for me to add an automatic ping feed to Autopinger, and what feed URL would I use? This is what the documentation sats about Custom Ping-services: One or more special ping services, separated by ",". The entries need to be formatted like: "host.domain/path". If a "*" is entered at the beginning of the hostname, the extended XML-RPC options will be sent to that host (only if supported by the host). So, can I just add the ping button URL? Will Autopinger support that?

Serendipity uses XML-RPC ping much like pingomatic and pingoat. Btw, autopinger no longer supports XML-RPC as we find that it's better off using autoping.
